All coaching starts with a Planning & Strategy session where we make a plan for how we want to spend the next 12 weeks together and what your goals are.

 

I offer a 12 week package because Coaching is most effective over the long term as it takes time to build new habits.

 

Once I complete my next certification, my fees will increase.

Twelve-Week Coaching Package - 800 €

Unlock accelerated self-awareness and personal growth with this program! Together, we’ll develop practical strategies and discover tools that truly work for you.

 

We’ll explore what’s been holding you back and dive deep into your motivation, passions, and core values.

 

There are no quick fixes for ADHD. This 12-week program gives you the time and support needed to build lasting habits and strategies to achieve your goals.

Includes:

  • 90 min planning & strategy session

  • Life wheel session

  • 10 x 50 min 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Weekly check-ins & email support

  • Tools, Resources, & optional art therapy tasks offered in-between sessions

This can be paid upfront or in 3 monthly instalments of - 266€

 

Follow up coaching sessions - 75 €

 

Once your 12 week programme is completed, there is the option to continue with individual coaching sessions which can be booked and paid for individually.

Q&A / Consulting Session I hr - 65 €

If you have questions about ADHD and want some resources, suggestions, tips and support, or if you suspect you might have ADHD or you're starting your diagnoses journey and aren't

sure what the next steps are, then this is for you!

 

During our call you can pick my brain and ask any questions that are on your mind about ADHD and your own experiences. This is also a great option if you want to better understand and know how to support a loved one with ADHD.

 

During our call we can explore topics such as:

  • I think I might have ADHD but I'm not sure.

  • I want to pursue a diagnosis but don't know where to start...

  • I'm struggling to accept my diagnosis, what do I do next?

  • Treatment options

  • Strategies, tools and nev perspectives

  • Useful resources to support your journey

  • How can I support my ADHD loved one?
